OPSA advisors are available for one-on-one appointments, walk-ins and group advising. To set up a time, please call our office at 979-847-8938.. All first time appointments, please read below.

Pre-Advising Questionnaire

Students who wish to meet with an OPSA advisor for the first time should first call 979-847-8938 to make an appointment and  then complete one of the following questionnaires before arriving for their advising appointment.

1. Download the appropriate questionnaire above

2. Complete the PDF and print it out OR print it out and complete it by hand

3. Bring completed questionnaire to your first scheduled advising appointment.
